Futuh al-Buldan (The Conquests of the Lands)
One of the most important sources for the history of the Islamic conquests, written by Ahmad ibn Yahya al-Baladhuri (d. 279 AH) and arranged by country and region. It contains a well-known chapter on coinage and its Arabization under Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan, along with reports on the land tax and the administrative registers.
